During the past several terms, including the term beginning this October, the US Supreme Court has issued decisions affecting aspects of daily work performed by various administrative and/or regulatory agencies. This presentation/discussion will review the issues, offer insight into how these decisions could affect ongoing and future enforcement actions and field questions and encourage open discussion around these issues.

This is a 2 ½-day classroom and field training course that introduces regulatory compliance inspectors, enforcement investigators and attorneys to the techniques needed to conduct the review of an environmental violation. The course will consist of both classroom lectures and several field practical exercises including Environmental Incident Inspection/Investigation Overview.
